Can you grow out of dyspraxia?

Children do not “grow out” of dyspraxia, as it is a lifelong neurological condition. However, with therapy and strategies, children often learn to manage their difficulties more effectively. Many adults with dyspraxia report ongoing challenges with coordination and organisation but also develop coping skills that allow them to live independent, successful lives. The goal of therapy is to equip children with these long-term strategies.
