      Do I need an NDIS plan to access behaviour support?

      Yes—behaviour support is funded through the NDIS if a participant has funding under:

      • Improved Relationships (for behaviour support services)

      • Or occasionally under Capacity Building supports

      If your child displays challenging behaviours and doesn’t yet have NDIS access, you can apply for it with evidence from therapists, educators, or a GP.
