How do I get speech therapy through the NDIS?

To get speech therapy funded by the NDIS, your child or family member must:

  1. Be eligible for an NDIS plan (due to a developmental delay, disability, or condition impacting daily life).

  2. Have goals in their plan that relate to communication, learning, or social participation.

  3. Allocate funding under the “Improved Daily Living” or “CB Daily Activities” categories.

Once funding is confirmed, you can choose a registered speech therapy provider and begin sessions either in-clinic, at home, or via telehealth. Your provider will complete assessments, develop a therapy plan, and work toward your goals over time. We support plan-managed, self-managed, and NDIA-managed clients. If you’re ready to begin, book your consultation now.
