A plan manager focuses on managing the financial aspects of your NDIS plan—like paying providers, keeping track of your budget, and providing financial reports. A support coordinator, on the other hand, helps you connect with services, coordinate your supports, and build your capacity to navigate the NDIS. Many participants have both roles in their plan to ensure they get both financial and coordination support.
